Established in 1991

Superior Escrow is a small, family-owned Independent Escrow Company regulated by the Department of Business Oversight. We have no outside influences which makes us truly a neutral 3rd party and all of our business is referral based.  We are a fun, relaxed,  personable office that takes pride in making you feel welcome and at ease, like you are one of the family.   Whether you are a Real Estate Agent, broker, lender, buyer, seller, or borrower,  we want your relationship with us to be a pleasant and stress-fee experience!

Matt Dart
Owner / Manger / Escrow Officer

Owner and manager of SES for 26 years.  Matt oversees the company’s daily business. His duties include working with clients, supervising personnel, business development and directing the practice of good, sound escrow procedures. Matt is married with 4 children and loves sports, gardening, camping and fishing.

Sherri Diaz

Sherri has been in escrow since 2003. Sherri's extensive knowledge, professionalism and positive attitude provides a great level of support to the Superior Escrow Service team. Sherri likes to camp as often as possible and loves spending fun family time with her amazing husband Jason and their beautiful babies.

Jane Dart 
Owner / Founder  

Owner of SES for 32 years.  Now semi-retired living in Ramona, but still in office 3 days a week and oversees all aspects of running the business. Her focus on Superior service ensures the company flows smoothly through consistent communication and transaction management.  Her experience and desire to still provide excellent service brings tremendous value to the SES team and you the customer.  Jane is married with 4 grown children and 10 grandchildren. Jane loves bird-watching and gardening.
